Let's go together on a mindfulness walk to your better

Get Control of Your Life

Dare to fly higher

Mindfulness is not a difficult and complicated concept. It is an accessible life-long personal skill. If you master it, it stays with you for your whole life. And is completely free to practise it – you do not require any equipment or special settings.

My name is Theya and I prefer to present myself as a mindfulness guide. I prefer to say that I am not teaching you mindfulness, but I am guiding you, as mindfulness  is as unique as everybody is.

How did I become a mindfulness guide?
Yes, it sounds a bit like a mountain guide and this is exactly how I understand it and how I like it

One thing that I especially love about mindfulness is not only that it could give relief from chronic pain, anxiety and depression, but it could prevent them from happening. It could teach us how to take care of our mental health before we get ill. It could improve a lot of things in our everyday lives – our work performance, relationships with family and friends, levels of satisfaction and wellbeing, connections with our communities and nature. It could be applied to any part of our daily lives.

The beauty of Mindfulness consists in its universal effect – we are all different, we have different stories and backgrounds, different ethnicities, different cultures, religions, age, different life experiences and different education backgrounds. But our brains, nervous systems and hearts are constructed and functioned in the same way. That is why the ancient wisdom of mindfulness is so powerful today when it has been translated to our modern languages and better understood through scientific knowledge and approach.

Mindfulness for Busy Mums

I would like to aim my first project “Mindfulness for Busy Mums” at the people I understood best - the overwhelmed women.

Mindfulness in Daily life

Mindfulness traces the paths back to ourselves and our true values. It encourages us to be creative and bring its qualities to everyday life. I love to explore the endless ways we can be mindful in our daily routines as well as in our leisure time.

Self-care is the first step to take good care for the rest

We all came at some point to the insight that the only thing that we really own and can transform is ourselves. Through mindfulness I’ve learned self-care and self-compassion and how my better self could be beneficial to my family, my friends and my community.

my philosophy

I am sharing my own journeys, experiences, knowledge and insights by guiding you in the search for a more happy and meaningful life, good and balanced health of body and mind through the most recent achievements and discoveries in mindfulness, modern psychology, neuroscience and other related scientific disciplines.
