“He who plants garden, plants happiness” Chinese proverb

In this session we will explore our connections with nature and learn how taking care of garden or home plants can support our wellbeing.

We will combine guided meditations, mindfulness exercises and journaling to reveal and reconnect with our “green fingers and hearts”.

We will plant together the tiny seeds of  mindfulness and learn how to take care of them.

For the best outcome of the session you will need:

• Pot – flower pot, plastic tube from jogurt, etc. – need to have a hole at the bottom
• Soil/ Compost
• Seeds – sunflower (but may be any other flower, herb, veg)
• Notebook and pencil
