The 8-week online Mindfulness course is especially designed for beginners. It will guide you through the theory and practice of mindfulness and teach you this new life-long skill.
The groups are up to 15 people and give the opportunity of sharing and learning from each other in a safe and friendly environment.
Every weekly session is 120 minutes and is structured in order to upgrade on the previous one and to reflect the specific needs of the group.
Usually the students are asked to dedicate some time between the session for their own daily practice of recommended mindfulness meditations and exercises. Think of them as interesting home experiments!
Students will have access to video and audio records from the live sessions and the materials from the course – usually PDF documents and recorded guided meditations.
The smooth learning requires a PC / laptop / tablet or smartphone and good quality internet connection to run Zoom with audio and video, as well as a quiet and comfortable physical space.
