The 4-week LIVE Mindfulness course is especially designed for beginners. It will guide you through the theory and practice of mindfulness and teach you this new life-long skill.
The groups are up to 15 people and give the opportunity of sharing and learning from each other in a safe and friendly environment.
Every weekly session is 90 minutes and is structured in order to upgrade on the previous one and to reflect the specific needs of the group.
Usually the students are asked to dedicate some time between the session for their own daily practice of recommended mindfulness meditations and exercises. Think of them as interesting home experiments!
Students will have long-term access to the materials from the course – usually PDF documents and recorded guided meditations.
