I like the micro-moments of mindfulness in my daily life. Don’t have the privilege to meditate for a longer time in the mornings (does any parent have it ?). But one of my rituals to start the day is to arrange a couple of favorites – I enjoy the message, the colours, smells and textures, the symbols and hidden meanings, the intentions.

The autumn is here – endless display of bright colors to enjoy and explore, and to be grateful for
There’s always time for a mindful cup of nice herbal tea when the weather gets colder – I love trying different ones and matching them as much as possible to my mood and bodily sensation – today is turmeric, ginger and galangal – just learnt something new – galangal has an anti-inflammatory properties (right for my arthritis)
And yes, I love reading – these are my ones for the coming week (already made peace with the fact that most probably there wouldn’t be enough time to read them all) I’m very visual – so, I’ve chosen these titles because of the pictures 🙂 … In the worst case I’ll find a couple of minutes to enjoy the pictures…
